Meet The Owner
Hi, I’m Alyssa Skewes, founder of Alchemized Solutions, a Usui Reiki Master, Certified Life Coach, and Recovery & Wellness Specialist powered by NeuX Technologies.
I recently completed my Master-level Usui Reiki attunement, continuing a journey that began in 2014 when I first became a Reiki Practitioner. Since then, I have remained committed to expanding my knowledge through ongoing education and professional development while creating a welcoming space where individuals can reconnect with themselves through holistic wellness practices.
My work is centered on supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through Reiki, life coaching, nervous system-focused wellness services, and intentional self-care practices. Every session is personalized to meet each client’s goals, whether they’re seeking relaxation, personal growth, mindfulness, greater self-awareness, or dedicated time to recharge and reconnect.
In addition to my holistic training, I have spent my professional career serving others through human services, substance use prevention, community outreach, and case management. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of resilience, behavior change, compassionate communication, and the importance of creating safe, judgment-free spaces where people feel heard and supported.
My own life experiences have profoundly shaped the way I approach my work.
After facing significant personal health challenges in my twenties, I began exploring holistic wellness practices alongside conventional medical care. That journey inspired me to learn more about the relationship between stress, mindset, lifestyle, and overall well-being. It ultimately led me to dedicate my career to helping others cultivate balance, resilience, and a greater sense of connection with themselves.
As a Certified Life Coach, I utilize motivational interviewing, evidence-informed coaching strategies, and accountability to help clients identify personal goals, navigate life transitions, overcome limiting beliefs, and create sustainable habits that align with the life they want to build.
As a Recovery & Wellness Specialist at Santé using the NXPro powered by NeuX Technologies, I offer Neuro Reboot sessions utilizing interactive neuromuscular stimulation (iNMS) technology as part of a wellness-focused experience. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, encourage nervous system awareness, and complement an individual’s overall wellness routine. They may be experienced on their own or alongside Reiki and coaching services as part of a personalized wellness plan.
